Benvenuti

La mia casa sorge nel centro storico di Cardano, nelle immediate vicinanze della piazza centrale da cui si diramano le piccole e antiche vie di ciottoli di sasso. Il breve sentiero vi porterà al mio cancello “fiorito” in ferro battuto. Suonate la campanella ed io sarò lì ad accogliervi per accompagnarvi alla scoperta della mia “Casa del Sole”.

Il Sole è ovunque in questa casa di fine ‘800 completamente ristrutturata nel rispetto della struttura originale. Nella sala da pranzo, dove sarà servita l’ottima e varia colazione, vi troverete la mia più grande collezione, oltre ad un antico caminetto. Incontrerete il sole anche nelle altre parti della casa per arrivare alla vostra camera, situata al primo piano.

La camera è molto ampia con letto matrimoniale, possibilità di terzo e quarto letto adulto. L’arredamento è curato nel più piccolo dettaglio.

Il bagno è sullo stesso piano ed è dotato di vasca idromassaggio e doccia indipendente.

La camera è dotata di riscaldamento autonomo e ventilatore a pale.

Oltre alla camera matrimoniale c'è la possibilità di soggiornare in una cameretta con due letti per un totale, quindi, di 6 posti letto.

Parcheggio gratuito non custodito nelle immediate vicinanze, sia nella piazza della chiesa sia a meno di 50 metri.

Il mio B&B rappresenta un'ottima soluzione per chi desidera venire a fare una vacanza sul lago (a soli 5 min da Menaggio o Porlezza), e per chi, invece, preferisce le passeggiate nelle nostre valli (percorsi salute, maneggio, golf).

My house is located in the centre of Cardano, nearby of the central square, from which branches off the small and ancient streets of stone bowl. The short trail will take you to my “flowered” gate in wrought iron.

Ring the bell and I will welcome you, and I will invite you to discovery my "Casa del Sole."

The Sun is everywhere in this XIX century’s house, completely refurnished in respect of the original structure. In the dining room, where you will be served an excellent complete buffet breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, juices, biscuits, croissants, bread, honey, jams, cheese, salami and ham), you will find my largest sun’s collection and my ancient fireplace. You will find the sun even in other parts of the house to get to your room, located on the first floor.

The room is large with a double bed, possibility of third and fourth adult bed. The furniture is taken care of the smallest detail.

Bathroom is on the same floor and is equipped with Jacuzzi and independent shower. Heating and cieling fan complete the furniture of the guest room.

In addition to the master bedroom there is the possibility of staying in a small room with two beds for a total of 6 beds.

My B&B represents an excellent solution for those who want to come to make an holiday on the lake (just 5 minutes from Menaggio or Porlezza), and those who, instead, prefers to walk in our valleys (health paths, horse riding, golf).
